Meet Noelle Lottes, CPNP
Noelle is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with experience caring for children and families at IU Health, Bravely Women’s Health, and FFR Health. She brings a thoughtful, family-centered approach to primary care and is passionate about looking beyond symptoms to better understand the whole child.
As she continues expanding her expertise in functional medicine, Noelle is especially excited to help families explore root causes, support long-term wellness, and create individualized care plans that make sense for each child.
Outside of her work, Noelle is a mom of three and is excitedly awaiting the arrival of her first grandbaby! She understands firsthand the importance of having a healthcare provider who listens, collaborates, and truly gets to know your family.

When Pediatric Wellness Group was first imagined, we dreamed of creating a place where families could receive truly collaborative care, from pregnancy through childhood, all under one roof. A place where providers communicate with each other, where appointments aren’t rushed, and where families feel known. This is the next big step toward that dream. Coming this fall, we’ll be offering pediatric direct primary care, a model designed to meet families where they are. Think longer appointments, same-day sick visits, personalized care, and a focus on finding the why, not just treating the symptoms. We’re still here. We’re still passionate. And we’re still determined to change the way families are cared for, from pregnancy through every stage of childhood.
Our hope is simple: to fill a need in our community for slower, more intentional, functional pediatric care that puts relationships first.
We truly can’t wait to begin this journey alongside the families who have trusted us with what matters most.
